		<description>Triathlon events are great to watch especially when a family member of yours is participating. This terrain seems pretty challenging for the competitors. It would really be a problem if there was too much goose poop in the water. That is so gross!</description>

		<description>Your going to do just fine. That pace is great. I&#039;ve noticed I can do 45 seconds faster moving pace in an actual half marathon than my normal moving pace. And it looks like your well below a 1:59:59 pace already doing 8 mile training run that you barely stressed your heart on. I advise checking out this item I already setup for you that is a custom pace band for Olathe you can use and follow on race day. It takes hills into effect as well as a slower pace to warm up.

You can still get this delivered by Friday if you want. I also setup the 1:55 and 2:00 that you can put on your other arm just in case.</description>
