There are two reasons why I couldn’t get out of bed to ride today.


I’m sure there was still some residual agony from Wednesday too.

My plan was to do a morning and noon ~15 mile rides. Since I didn’t get up for it. I’m going to get up and run with Steve and Runner’s Edge at 6am for 16 miles.

I’ve got a little bit of logic to my training. I’m training for Branson 70.3 which has a 13.1 stage. I have an 8 hour goal for that race. Part of that goal includes hitting 11:30 mpm pace. I also have a marathon goal of 5 hours, which is 11:26 mpm pace. So tomorrow, I’m hoping to stick with the 11:20 pace group for 16.
